The people working here are very very helpful. the place is absolutely charming. the bedroom is big and clean. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Very convenient location in the heart of the city, next to the center and the beach.

The rooms at Hotel Boutique La Solera Del Pozo are fantastic! They have air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Santa Marta. As a business traveler, I really appreciated the amenities and comfort they provided.

Personally, I found the tiled floor in the twin room a bit slippery. But hey, that's just me!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with complimentary cold drinks and the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. We were even able to check in early and freshen up while we waited for our room. the rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was superb. We especially loved the cool plunge pool and the hammock on the roof. the location was perfect, right in the center of town next to bars and restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and ideal location. Cons: Absolutely nothing! 😊.
